ChurchSync Helps You Read The BluePrint of Your Life
God's Vision For You is His Blueprint For Your Life

The Vision is The BluePrint For Your Life

Proverbs 29:18
King James Version (KJV)
18 Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.

The word for vision is derived from the word which means to see, look and behold. It is a mental sight, dream and revelation. Vision is something seen in the imagination. Vision is something that is vivid and credible to the mind that does not yet exist. Vision is something that is vivid, conveying to the mind striking realism, freshness and trueness to life and it is something that is credible, trustworthy, reliable and capable of being believed to the mind although it does not yet exist.

Vision is simply the blueprint.
Vision is the plan.

Can a builder build a house without a blue print? Probably?
They could guess on the dimensions, the materials needed, the layout and all the rest of what it takes to build a house but without the blueprints it will fall short to the ULTIMATE plan and Vision that it was meant to look like. It may get done but not totally up to par and most likely have a lesser quality than if a blueprint was examined and relooked at while building.

Can you get through life without a plan? Maybe?
You could take each day to you as it comes, as it unfolds, going from moment to moment, reacting to every situation and trying to make sense out of everything that comes your way.  You could live each week, paycheck to paycheck, problem to problem, reaction to reaction, always reacting never taking the lead but always being forced to follow the situations, people and circumstances of life.

This is also known as living life as a reactionary person.
This is how I once lived and now have to stay focused to not fall back into this way of reactionary living.

Living life reactively, is a life that is draining and very difficult to stay focused and committed to a goal and purpose. No matter what happens in life there will be times that we have to react to a situation, person or people. However, this doesn’t have to be a way of consistent living.

The word reaction is defined as a reverse movement or tendency. It is an action in a reverse direction or manner. It is an action in response to some influence or event. It is an action caused by the resistance to another action. Now this is the way of life for many people today. For every action there will be a reaction. For every cause there will be an effect. This means that everything that we currently have in our lives is an Effect that is a result of a specific Cause. These Causes are the Decisions we make and the Actions we take on a daily basis. Whether our decisions seem small and rather insignificant, or whether they are significant and transformational in nature, does not matter. Each and every Decision we have made and Action we have taken has set events into motion creating predictable and specific Effects that we are now experiencing in our lives.

As one who is a reactionary, life tells you what to do.You are being told that this happened now you have to react to what happened. Your reaction is your choice in what way you choose to react, however you are now being told to react instead of acting to make something else react to you. The two basic causes of life fall under Good and Evil. Living in Sin, Disobedience to God and Righteous Living, Obeying God

Romans 6:16 New Living Translation (NLT)
16 Don’t you realize that you become the slave of whatever you choose to obey? You can be a slave to sin, which leads to death, or you can choose to obey God, which leads to righteous living.

Your life is the sum total of choices you did and did not make to lead you up to this point of where you are today. Reading this article, with me. A company, organization, church, a person a family, or a team that has a vision statement, a clear plan of where they are headed have focus, drive, and accountability to each other and the vision to make it go from unseen to reality. The vision of something is not just the end result you are trying to achieve. It is a way of living, it is a culture and atmosphere you want to linger and stay.

Those who have vision are more driven to do or not do what it takes to achieve this state of living. Vision orders your actions to be more effective, it drives you and encourages you to keep going when things are tough and may be challenging. When you have a vision you tell your time, connections and relationships where they’re going and not the other way around. You are now
Proactive and not Reactive! With vision you can say NO at times to allow you to whole heartedly say YES when it matters most! Why? Because you know there is something we are looking to bring into reality here!

Helen Keller was a world famous speaker and author of 12 books, who also was both blind and deaf, said:
“The only thing worse than being blind is having sight but no vision.”
Helen Keller

Proverbs 29:18 King James Version (KJV)
18 Where there is no vision, the people perish:

This word perish is also defined as to loosen, let go, to ignore, to expose, make naked and to dismiss. To become lawless and unruly. Think about this. When there is no vision, no plan, no blueprint, no guidelines, no direction on where you’re headed you will loosen your lifestyle, let go of your fight to do right, ignore the law, ignore your conscience, expose yourself , dismissing yourself from a tight, strict, disciplined and lawful lifestyle.

When there is no vision in a company, church or business, the people loosen up there work ethic, they let go of going after goals, and they ignore doing what’s right because in their mind, what does it really matter, who cares, what are we doing this for anyway? A Christian with no Vision is a dangerous threat to themselves, anyone they come in contact with and the overall kingdom of God’s sake also. Our vision will come from God, empowering us with plans, purpose, and vision to live life to its fullest capacity, if we go after it.

Jeremiah 29:11 New Living Translation (NLT) 11 For I know the plans I have for you,” says the LORD. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.

His plans are good and not for disaster! Plans, Vision to give us a Future and a hope! Isaiah tells us that His plans are higher and better than ours. So lets get His plans for our lives.

Proverbs 16:9 New Living Translation (NLT)
9 We can make our plans, but the LORD determines our steps.

He establishes our steps.

Proverbs 16:3 New Living Translation (NLT)
3 Commit your actions to the LORD, and your plans will succeed.

Your vision will succeed, if you commit your actions to the lord.

Proverbs 20:18 New Living Translation (NLT)
18 Plans succeed through good counsel; don’t go to war without wise advice.

Your vision will succeed if you have good counsel and good people surrounding you to help you make the best decisions needed to achieve this vision. A good team of people will help you achieve this vision. Don’t be like Moses! He had no vision!

Exodus 18:13-17 New Living Translation (NLT)
13 The next day, Moses took his seat to hear the people’s disputes against each other. They waited before him from morning till evening. 14 When Moses’ father-in-law saw all that Moses was doing for the people, he asked, “What are you really accomplishing here? Why are you trying to do all this alone while everyone stands around you from morning till evening?” 15 Moses replied, “Because the people come to me to get a ruling from God. 16 When a dispute arises, they come to me, and I am the one who settles the case between the quarreling parties. I inform the people of God’s decrees and give them his instructions.”
17 “This is not good!” Moses’ father-in-law exclaimed.

He instructed him on how to get things done better.

Habakkuk 2:2-4 King James Version (KJV)
2 And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. 3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. 4 Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith

- Write the vision out!
- Make it simple, plain and clear to understand not only by you but by all those involved in helping to  accomplish this vision!
- Be accountable to your team!
- Serve your vision!
- Sharpen your gifts, talents and abilities to help you better serve the vision.
- Help others sharpen their gifts, talents and abilities to help them better serve the vision.
- Give people their part and really give it to them to do it. You  have to trust that they are also fully committed to achieving this vision and if you do trust them, they’ll do the right thing.

Stay focused on the picture and image of the vision.
A family had a hobby of putting together jigsaw puzzles. The father regularly brought home puzzles of greater and greater difficulty. One night he presented his family with a puzzle of over one thousand pieces. Immediately they tackled it. After an hour, however, the family was frustrated. No matter how hard they tried, they couldn’t get the puzzle started. The father then discovered that he had accidentally switched the box top with the top from another puzzle. The picture they were looking at wasn’t the puzzle they were working on.

If you are not looking at the right image you will spend hours of wasted time trying to accomplish something with no success, no achievement, no completion and total frustration!
Know your vision and live it starting today!
