The Story Behind The Round Table

ChurchSync is The Round Table for Pastors & Churches to Come Together to Make Church Better!
ChurchSync is The Round Table for Pastors & Churches to Come Together to Make Church Better!
The Round Table is the Table in which King Arthur and his Knights would congregate. He surrounded himself with incredibly talented knights. Each of these individuals earned his respect, and a seat at the roundtable, by distinguishing themselves in some noble way.  The Knights were men of courage, honor, dignity, courtesy, and nobleness. They protected ladies and damsels, honored and fought for kings, and undertook dangerous quests. The knights in Arthur's company became known as the "Knights of the Round Table". These knights were heroes, renowned for their strength and courage, and for their skill in combat and warfare. They swore to protect the king and the kingdom. As its name suggests, "The Round Table" it has no head, implying that everyone who sits there has equal status.

In today's society I have heard of businesses, churches and leadership talk about having "Round Table's" as a means in which leadership, management and staff can brainstorm, converse, congregate and strategize to better there companies, churches, organizations and teams.
