Breaking The Mold of Visitor Follow Up

ChurchSync Changes the Face of Follow Up
We Change the Face of Follow Up
What separates your church from any other church a visitor visits?
What is different about what a visitor experiences at your church from any other?
Uncommon and outside “The Norm” follow up will make a difference.
Managing the relationship between your guest and your church is key in showcasing and exposing them to the full impact of your church and ministry.
The Lord sends the guests. What are we doing to help them know this is for them?

There are 2 parts to this!
The Lord will always do His Part in working on the person internally.
We must do our part by contacting them and reaching them externally.

What Do People Think of Their Experience at Your Church?

ChurchSync Improves the Experience
Did Your Visitor Have a Good Experience?
Everything we do is done with the intention to bring a desired result. Our actions, energy, time, money, words, thoughts, ideas, and creativity are all invested into a cause to bring forth a desired result.

Results are simply a desirable or beneficial consequence, outcome, or effect. The conclusion and end product of something. Now even though we may not always see the results, we still intend to get results.

1 Corinthians 3:6 (Amplified Bible)
6 I planted, Apollos watered, but God [all the while] was making it grow and [He] gave the increase.

We have the responsibility to water and plant. As we do our part God will do His. He is the one who will give the increase. He will cause the growth. But if we are not doing what we need to do, utilizing every opportunity to water and plant than God will not be able to give the increase.

Now if I wanted a fig tree in my backyard, then I would need to plant fig tree seeds. I will need to water them and make sure the ground is properly nurtured and cared for in order for this fig tree to grow, doing my part to make the increase possible! Increase will not happen unless you always do your part in planting and watering.

Anything that is healthy and alive grows.

It may begin as a small seed but if nurtured, properly treated and cared for we hope to see a full sized tree one day. After the tree is fully matured and bears its fruit we want that fruit to be used to plant its seed into the surrounding ground to produce a new tree and so on and so forth until we have a Forrest.

As a church:
§         We want growth!
§         We want increase!
§         We want to advance!
§         We want to add!
§         We want to multiply!
§         We don’t want to be stale, stagnant and going nowhere, with no growth.
§         We don’t want to decrease in numbers.
§         We don’t want to be divided!
§         We don’t want to lose anyone!
Do We?

We want the people who are led to our church, who come in as a seed to find there place there, become planted, grow into a mature tree of righteousness, bear godly fruit of the spirit, so that fruit can be used to plant its seed into the surrounding grounds in their lives, to produce a new tree and so on and so on!

The results will be dependant on our actions in follow up!

Proverbs 27:23 (New International Version) 23 be sure you know the condition of your flocks, give careful attention to your herds.

The First Time Visitor

ChurchSync & The First Time Visitor
The First Time Visitor
Treat them as if Jesus Himself was visiting your church. How would you act if you knew that at today’s service we are going to have with us a very special guest, and that is Jesus Christ Himself? How would you act? Would you get there early to greet him? Would you tidy up, so to speak, the entire building inside and out to make it look the best it possibly can? Would you practice in preparing yourself to speak and act just the right way you know he likes?

Matt 25:31-46 shows us the impact of how we treat others. Jesus says, “I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of my brethren you have done it unto me!”

Be not respecters of persons! Treat everyone with the Love of God that is in everyone of us! Let the love of God flow from our lifestyle, actions and words! Provide such a high level of uncommon friendliness that they will never forget visiting our church. Stand out from every other church in how we treat our guests!

It’s time we start realizing that the First-Time Visitor is more than just a part of the announcements. How welcomed and valuable do you think the First Time Visitor will feel if we say, “Sorry, I almost forgot, if this is your first time here please raise your hands, we’d like to welcome you to our service!”

The Visitor is your opportunity to grow the church. The visitor holds within themselves every talent, idea, ability and monetary resource that could help our church explode and be even that much more effective in growth!

In the business world you need opportunities to do business in order to do business. In the church world you need visitors to grow the church. The First Time Visitor is a valuable and important part of ministry. We hope that they’ll see enough and hear the Word and realize that our church is where God has called them. Some may be in tune enough to know they found their new church home, but mostly others will walk out of the church doors and have the weight of the world and the craziness of life distract them and overwhelm them so much to forget how good they felt and how powerful the message was.

So it’s so important that we do what we can to seek and save those who are lost, floating around and not connected to a local body.

The visitor is the reason the doors are opened.

We want visitors to come but once they come we want to make sure we do everything possible to help them see that they should come back and stay.
